M3 Supported Lodgings for 16-21 yr olds.

  • What is it?

    • Accommodation in a home environment.
    • Available in Rossendale, Burnley and Hyndburn with volunteer Providers who offer a room in their homes, along with support for the young person.

  • Details

    • Accommodation is offered for up to 2 years.
    • Young people will be supported to develop day to day life skills, leading to greater independence and helping them to take control of their own lives.
    • Young people are supported to move on to their own independent accommodation when ready.

The only thing I can say about my experience with M3 is that it saved my life.

My partner left me, I was made redundant, lost my home and was sofa surfing. I found out about M3 by chance from a leaflet at the job centre and gave them a call. The Support Worker found a house for me, helped me to get my money sorted and came to see me whenever I needed her. I wasn’t afraid to call and ask for help.

For 2 years, my support worker was a rock to me, in fact everyone was, the team is fantastic!
